          If you’re looking to replace your S.E.A. JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue, please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. International customers, please email customercare@outerknown.com.

          1. Start the replacement process here: https://returns.outerknown.com
          2. Enter your order number and billing zip code.*
          3. Find the product you wish to return.
          4. Select “S.E.A. JEANS Warranty”.
          5. Wash your S.E.A. JEANS and print out a prepaid return shipping label. 
          6. Once received, we’ll ship out your replacement pair!

            Impressive customer service

            Outerknown provided excellent customer service when I received an incorrectly sized/labeled blanket shirt. We corresponded via email and they immediately arranged for me to return the shirt and then shipped a replacement. Again, received great customer service when the replacement shirt arrived with two broken buttons. I emailed them again and replacement buttons were immediately provided. Obviously, would rather not have experienced the above issues......
