I love the way these fit. My waist is 27" and the 27 fit perfectly. The fabric weight is great. It is light enough to be cool for summer, but still not see through. I love the pockets, and the button close. I also think this year's Westbound Utility Pants are slightly trimmer through the hips than last year's and I prefer that.

I have been waiting for someone to make a wide-leg pant that doesn't make me feel frumpy-- these are those pants! I have them in every color. I recommend sizing up--I am normally a 29 but needed a 30-- and even bought one pair in a 31 for a more baggy look. For context, I am 5'9, 150 lbs, with an athletic build.

These pants are everything I hoped they would be. Sturdy fabric, good cut, useful pockets. The one issue is that the buttons in the fly have all broken. I think it’s happening in the dryer. I will have to replace them if I am going to keep wearing the pants. I will still buy another pair, because they are so great in other ways, but Outerknown really needs to find more durable buttons!
