Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-10 business days. For "Next Day" and "2nd Day" shipping, your order must be placed by 8:00 AM Pacific Time to ensure next day or 2-day delivery. Shipping cut-off times exclude holidays and weekends.
Expedited shipping unavailable for PO Box addresses. Please expect longer delivery times when shipping to PO, APO, or FPO addresses due to shipping carrier options.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Final Sale and Outerworn items cannot be returned.

All US full price returns and exchanges are free. Sale items can be returned with a return shipping fee of $5.95 and styles marked as final sale cannot be returned. Once your return or exchange is received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

If you’re looking to replace your SEA JEANS because of a manufacturing or material issue (excluding normal wear and tear), please follow the steps below. Find warranty details here. If you purchased your SEA JEANS prior to February 22, 2026, please reach out to customercare@outerknown.com for assistance.
