First, the positive: this blanket shirt has a great pattern, nice fabric, and seemed well made.
The negative, which is also what made me return the shirt: it’s comically large, almost like maternity clothes.
I’m 5’8” and 155 lbs and fairly small framed. I wear a small or medium in every brand I’ve ever tried on as an adult. Because the site said the blanket shirt is relaxed but runs small, I figured small was still a safe bet. Unfortunately it fit me like a medium or even medium/large. I’m almost tempted to try an XS in this shirt, but I’ve never been able to wear an XS in any brand, even when I was 10 lbs lighter.
Based on other reviews, it sounds like Outerknown has either recently changed the fit of the blanket shirts or their QC is not what it once was. Whatever the case, it didn’t work for me.
Also, please consider adding actual garment measurements to your product pages! It would’ve saved me and Outerknown the hassle of a return!
